Refund policy

All items are handmade to order by myself and therefore I cannot refund orders once they have been placed. However I will allow some exceptions If you wish to cancel your order, email within 24hrs and if it hasn't been made or posted I will cancel your order.

On the occasion that your order has arrived and you are not happy with it for whatever reason you please email me to arrange shipping it back to me. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs, once I have received the product/s back in the exact condition it was sent I will issue a refund.

However if your item arrives and there is a fault caused by myself then please email me.
